Casklet / Privacy

Your store data, explained.

This page describes information the current Casklet app is built to store and send while helping independent liquor stores plan and publish local marketing. It does not establish provider retention schedules or jurisdiction-specific legal rights.

Information Casklet stores

When you create an account or use Casklet, the app can store information needed to run your workspace and its features, including:

  • Account and sign-in records: your name and email, account credentials handled by the sign-in system, and session records. Session records can include an IP address and browser user-agent when those values are available.
  • Store and workspace settings: store name and state, audience and age settings, brand voice and colors, marketing goals, workspace role, compliance notes, restricted claim terms, and disclaimers. Casklet may also save the URL for an uploaded store logo.
  • Content and campaign work: content descriptions and image URLs, reusable templates, campaign drafts and generated copy, review status, scheduling details, publishing results, and campaign performance figures associated with your workspace.
  • Access records: trial start and end dates and other account-access markers used to provide Casklet access.
  • Public form submissions: contact messages include the name, email, and message submitted; waitlist entries include the email address submitted.

Information sent to connected services

Some Casklet features use other services. The information sent depends on which feature you choose:

Polsia AI

AI-assisted drafts and recommendations send the request details to Polsia's AI service. Those details can include store profile or compliance settings, text you enter, saved content, and an image when the selected task analyzes an image.

Polsia R2 storage

When you upload a logo or content image through Casklet, the image is sent to Polsia R2 storage. Casklet saves the returned image URL with the related workspace or content record.

Meta

Connecting a Facebook Page or linked Instagram account and publishing approved content involves sending connection and publishing information to Meta. Casklet stores connection details and the results of publishing attempts in your workspace.

Hosted billing

If you start checkout, Casklet uses its hosted Stripe billing flow with your account email and selected plan details. Payment processing takes place through that billing flow; this app does not define the provider's retention practices.

Optional page-view analytics

If analytics is enabled for a deployment, the browser stores a visitor identifier namedpolsia_vidin local storage and sends a page-load beacon to Polsia. This behavior depends on the deployment's analytics setting.

Retention and account controls

Casklet does not publish retention periods for app records, backups, logs, or connected services. Signing out is not account deletion. The app has no in-product action that deletes all account data, and disconnecting Meta is separate from an account-wide deletion request. Do not assume that data is removed automatically or from every service.

To ask for account data deletion, follow the data deletion guide.
